We’re thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Young Security Professional’ category for the 2026 UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards.
This category celebrates a young professional who has made a significant contribution to the private security industry and is building the foundation for an outstanding career.
The judges evaluated early career achievements, impact within the security field and dedication to improving security standards.
Our finalist in this category, Emily Walton has demonstrated commitment, skill and leadership well beyond her years — an inspiring example of the future of our industry.
Emily has been with us for 4 ½ years and in that time has gained both her DS and CCTV license, she is a qualified IQA for the security courses, she is the CCTV controller for major events looking after many thousands of people on a regular basis and has a sound underpinning knowledge of many of our clients sites having completed officer scheduling, site audits and security surveys along with a good knowledge of many of the key HR principles associated with the security industry most recently leading the charge on a large TUPE transfer.

We are delighted to announce that following a rigorous judging process for the highly prestigious 2026 UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards, we have been selected as a finalist in the ‘Outstanding Event Security Team’ category.
This category recognises our event team who ensure safety and security at major events.
The judges assessed entrants on their performance, impact, leadership and innovation — looking for examples of teamwork, skill and operational excellence that truly stand out.
Our nomination showcases how our event security team consistently deliver outstanding results, demonstrate exceptional teamwork and add real value for clients and stakeholders across multiple venues.
We’re looking forward to attending the finals ceremony, along with all the other finalist from across the UK at the Royal Lancaster London in 19th February 2026. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate excellence and innovation within security.
