From the moment someone joins Constant, they undergo a robust recruitment, screening and training process to ensure they meet our stringent standards.
Every officer completes SIA training and mandatory up-skilling at our approved in house training centre. They will undergo site inductions and receive regular supervisory/cpd visits where effectiveness is tested. have access to alongside courses in customer service, first aid, mental health awareness and leadership.
We believe training should never stop. Refresher training is mandatory at Constant and a bespoke development programme keeps skills sharp, maintain compliance and identify future leaders.
All staff have access our training platform covering role specific items such as safeguarding, fire and manual handling but also holistic modules designed to foster growth across non vocational areas such as managing finance, dealing with stress and healthy eating.
Support is central to our culture. Colleagues have access to and are encouraged to liaise with regional management, 24/7 control support team and have dedicated support channels. Colleagues receive regular site visits to ensure welfare is prioritised with key wellbeing messages being shared and signposted.
