“At The Growth Company, we herald Constant Security Services as a ‘Trailblazer’. Initially building a bridge between The Growth Company as a Training Provider and Job Centre Plus with the focus on bringing training and employment to ‘Local people for Local Jobs’.
Constant Security Services, with great foresight and collaborative development of SWAP’s ( Sector-based Work Academy Programme) has enabled local people to engage and develop a career within the security industry that they may have previously not considered, with personal joy I would add opening the door for ladies, over 50’s and other underrepresented groups with the security industry.
Initially, the 1st SIA Security SWAP, government funded training, enabling candidates to gain relevant qualifications & SIA licence, followed by a guaranteed interview and interview support and guidance from Declan Richards, at Constant Security Services, the first group of candidates were interviewed with most moving into rewarding, sustainable employment. This great success enabled all parties involved to role out the SIA/Security SWAP programme across GMCA. The acorn was swiftly growing into an Oak.
Collaboratively, with a common goal. Constant Security Services has enabled delivery of Security Training and SIA badge across GMCA, which in turn has also boosted the qualified talent pool for the Security industry. This in turn has caught the attention of Security providers in other areas, other sectors enabling SWAP’s to be delivered right across the industry. Delivery to GMCA & Liverpool City region.
On behalf of many residents of the Northwest of England, who are now qualified Security Personnel and in long term, sustainable, rewarding employment, I would say a ‘Great Thank You’, to Declan Richards & Constant Security Services.” –
