The quality management system operates to ISO 9001, the Security Industry – Approved Contractor Scheme and the Private Security Industry Act 2001.
Unlike many of our main competitors, in addition to the UKAS Management Systems accreditation, Constant also holds UKAS Product Certification. The significance of this for our clients is that we are inspected every six months by the National Security Inspectorate to ensure that we continue to meet or exceed the stringent requirements of the British Standards which relate to our industry, specifically the codes of practice for:

Our accreditation to these advanced operational standards which are audited by the National Security Inspectorate means that our customers can gain confidence from this independent verification that we will provide the highest quality service.
Constant Security Services Ltd also hold Security Industry Authority - Approved Contractor Status for the provision of Security Guarding, Keyholding, Public Space CCTV and Door Supervision services.
Our independently assessed Approved Contractor Scheme Score has improved every year since the schemes inception, now standing at +136 points, compared to a threshold score for the top 5% in the industry of +129 points.
