Christine founded the business along with Mick Lee our Chief Executive and Constant became a limited company in 1985.
She is responsible for devising, establishing and implementing a real culture of quality in to everything we do at Constant. This includes reviewing customer requirements to ensure they are continuously met.
She maintains and controls documentation procedures and will monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports ensuring all colleagues understand how to improve and drive the business forward.
