Dean Hubery

Health, Safety and Contracts Manager

Dean has been with Constant since 1997 and manages a diverse portfolio of customer accounts. 

He is actively involved in the day to day management and development of existing contracts, ensuring the highest levels of customer care and attention to both his clients and his site based colleagues.

Dean has a vast amount of experience in the higher education and further education sectors ranging from Control Room Management, Student Accommodation, Graduation Ceremonies, Demonstrations and Student Inductions.

He actively manages and develops all contracts in this diverse sector in a professional manor ensuring that all colleagues work to the highest standards.

He also works closely with major companies across the region providing security services to critical infrastructure of the region.

Dean is IOSH managing safely trained and he regularly conducts health and safety risk assessments on individual client premises, tool box talks with colleagues, accident investigation, reporting to the Health and Safety Executive. He is also BTEC level 4 trained in Security Management.
