Michael founded the business along with Christine Lee Managing Director in 1985.

He oversees the direction of the company and is actively involved in the development of relationships, partnerships and initiates with other companies, the security industry and other relevant stakeholders.

Michael is responsible for driving the culture of the business and will oversee and develop all colleagues within the business.
