Quality Manager

Rhian has been with Constant since 2017 and is actively involved in the implementation and execution of all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System to ensure compliance.

She responds to any non-conformances ensuring corrective actions are put in place, championing a continuous improvement culture and ensuring all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements.

Rhian is also involved in the implementation and management of key performance indicators with all customers, ensuring performance is met by reporting on achievement of targets. 

She works closely with our Managing Director to ensure the business performs in line with our stringent industry and professional standards and will support our Contracts Managers with all aspects of service standards.
